We install state-of-the-art radiant Cooling/Heating structures for hotels, MNCs, Luxury Residences and big tech headquarters. From concept to implementation, enabling infinite efficiency.

From luxury hotels to commercial headquarters, our radiant cooling installations span India's most ambitious builds.
Experience the scale, silence, and precision of our radiant cooling installations in real-world environments.

A radiant system is an advanced heating and cooling solution that delivers superior indoor comfort by circulating heated or chilled water through a network of pipes installed within floors or ceilings.
Unlike traditional HVAC systems that rely on air circulation, radiant systems transfer energy directly to surfaces and occupants, creating a more natural and consistent indoor environment.

Lower operating cost than forced-air systems, with reduced ductwork and component expenses.
Operates at moderate water temps, raising thermostat a few degrees while cutting carbon footprint significantly.
Optimizes surface temperatures so the body radiates heat naturally — minimal drafts, zero ventilation noise.
No forced-air circulation means less dust, allergens and pollutants spread through the occupied space.
No fans, no ducts, no noise. Radiant systems work invisibly within the building fabric for uninterrupted spaces.
This diagram of a typical commercial radiant cooling system illustrates two installation configurations: REHAU CCTC (Concrete Core Temperature Control) in the upper floor and a standard in-slab construction with an insulation barrier in the lower floor.
Supply lines from the energy source are colored red; return lines are colored blue.

In radiant cooling systems, RAUTHERM S pipe is either integrated into a floor structure with insulation to condition the space above or without insulation to condition the space above and below.
Designing and installing a radiant cooling system can be straight forward, especially when integrating with a radiant heating system. A focus on controlling humidity levels and water temperatures is essential to reduce the risk of condensation associated with radiant cooling.
Radiant cooling works best in a tightly sealed building, so you will typically need supplemental ventilation, either to meet the building's fresh air requirements or to meet peak cooling loads. A controlled ventilation system, such as the REHAU ECOAIR™ ground-air heat exchanger, is ideally compatible with radiant cooling because it preconditions fresh air with geothermal energy, reducing demand on the cooling system.

We are a pioneering infrastructure firm based in India, dedicated to partnering with top-tier hotel chains, commercial developers, and MNCs — delivering radiant cooling systems that set new benchmarks in energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
We aspire to be Asia's leading radiant infrastructure company, committed to sustainable building practices, hiring the right talent, and partnering with visionary organizations for the right projects.
